SLEEP! Get 7 or 8 hours every night if possible. I can tell the difference in strength and creativity when I do not get enough sleep. Don't do things that overly excite you or make you hyper just before bedtime. Exercise is good especially if you use a routine that makes you feel relaxed afterwards.
