Go to berries of all kinds. Cherries and blueberries are some of the best and they taste great. Other berries are also good and there are so many ways to eat them; top your cereal, dump a handful in your yogurt and make your desserts with them. Most all berries are great dried for snacks. Add these to your menu especially if you are dieting, no calories to speak of.
